When will my order be sent out?

How can I return an item(s)?

*Crystal sales are final* other items can be returned within 15 days of receiving product(s). Click HERE for more information on returns.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes, Just fill out the form below concerning your needs, and we will reach back out to you.

Where do your crystals come from?

Most of our crystals come from Brazil and Madagascar

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Although international orders can take about a month or so to arrive.

What Forms of payments do we accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and well as PayPal, Google pay and others! We do not accept checks.

Can I cancel/modify an order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been processed. Reach out to us as soon as possible to make changes regarding an order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been sent out you will receive a tracking number to the email you have on file with us.

What If my order arrives damaged?

Reach out to us as soon as possible and we will resend a replacement free of charge or refund your money back to you.
